We focus exclusively on creating beautiful, handcrafted wooden cremation urns, personalized with precision laser engraving. For over twenty years, Daniel has been transforming Michigan timber into works of art, and now brings that same passion and skill to creating meaningful memorials.

Daniel's woodworking journey began during his time at Western Michigan University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2005.

This short video shows how to create a custom design using our engraving tool. You'll learn how to add text, upload images, and personalize your urn with ease.

Engraving Image & Text Guidelines

  • Click "Add Text" to insert names, dates, or a short message. You can move the text, resize it, and choose from a variety of fonts.
  • Click "Add Image" to upload a photo or logo. Use high-resolution images for the best results.
  • Uploaded images are automatically converted to grayscale and the background is removed for engraving.
  • To resize an element, drag one of its corners.
  • To move an element, drag it from the center (not the corners).
  • If the background removal doesn't look right or you'd like to keep the background in your image, please email your original image to d.flint@laserengravedurns.com and we’ll assist you directly.
